Fairly clean place with STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL view to the park and the post office. The room was impressive, the staff were really helpful. The location in the center of the city.

attentive staff, delightful views to the park and the post office, everything is good. the location is favourable and they have parking on-site. the place where you can eat a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is el meson de san augustin. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to everything.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of downtown. The fifth-floor corner room offered breathtaking views of the plaza, and the historical building added to the overall ambiance. The room was spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The owners were hands-on and the staff was attentive and friendly. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the old town and felt safe. Despite a minor shower issue, the hotel promptly resolved it. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a unique and centrally located experience.

Its location was excellent, close to other stores such as the ones in Mall del Norte, the post office, and the downtown area. Had brunch in the Zaragoza Grill, located nearby.

The hotel of choice in Laredo. Impressive room, clean and luxury place, amicable staff. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options and parking facilities. The breakfast offered a delicious selection, while the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The rooms were clean and included climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels etc. The view to the park and the post office was awesome and breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel had a lot of character and history, which added to our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the free Wi-Fi allowed us to easily stay connected with friends and family back home.

The room was quite small and lacked many modern amenities, such as a mini fridge or microwave. the noise from nearby traffic and the bus depot across the street could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep at times.
